FAQ

  • How long is each section?

Each video is 7-14 minutes in length, with accompanying questions to support reflection and dialogue. They have been made with a typical staff meeting/Professional Learning Team meeting in mind. It is recommended to allow a minimum of 30-60 minutes for dialogue.

  • Can we view the videos a number of times?

Purchasing this Dialogue Bites series provides you with 12 months access to the videos, so you can view them as many times as you like. The videos are not downloadable.

  • What if I don't have a team but want to explore learner agency for my own professional growth?

No problem! Whilst the guiding questions are designed to activate dialogue with others, you can 'have a conversation with yourself'. I strongly recommend buying a notebook or creating one digitally if that is your preference. Use this to engage in some professional journalling, using the questions as a guide. Professional journalling has been shown to help deepen connections and theory-building. Personally, I find that the process of writing helps me to organise my thinking and often leads to new insights.
